Educational Qualification
- Must have completed Graduation from a recognized university

Odia Language Requirement (Very Important)
Candidate must know Odia:
- Passed Middle School with Odia, OR
- Passed HSC with Odia medium, OR
- Passed Class VII or above with Odia, OR
- Passed Odia language test conducted by Odisha Govt.
